MASSAGE: Enjoy a relaxing massage in our downstairs private room with hot rocks, cupping, deep tissue, body wraps and more. FACE, SKIN & BODY: Upstairs we offer lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting and waxing; including anti-aging facials, micro-needling, Dermaplane, peels, and more. CANCELLATION POLICY
ONLINE BOOKING: This booking site is provided by our GlossGenius credit card processing membership. Please enter your credit card number to book! Client card information is encrypted within a secure booking system, offering quick checkout and automated text reminders of your upcoming appts! CANCELATION: Please contact your stylist 48 hrs BEFORE YOUR APPT if you need to reschedule. Each stylist reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee, should the client’s schedule make it challenging to commit to routine appts. If you’re new here, contact your stylist directly should you need a last minute schedule change and they may consider accommodating you. Repeat cancellations may result in a required non-refundable deposit to book in the future. NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION FEE: A non-refundable 100% reservation fee will be charged to cover lost opportunity to book someone else on a short notice. This cancellation policy helps ensure stylists are compensated for arriving to work & setting up to service a client. ON A POSITIVE NOTE: we reserve the right to accommodate regular client's emergencies or busy seasons. Our clients are serious about their beauty maintenance and they just don't want to miss it! Keeping regular appts gives you something to look forward to! You deserve to take care of yourself & make it a routine priority.
