MULTI-ETHNIC: We warmly welcome multi-ethnic clients with our service menu in cuts, highlights, fantasy colors, braiding, locks, extensions, curl and hair type product recommendations and more. Follow any of our Hair Artists social media to view their offerings! NAILS & ART: Any length you desire in Hard Gel, Polygel and GelX with any art or embellishment you can dream up. MASSAGE: Enjoy a relaxing massage in our downstairs private room with hot rocks, cupping, deep tissue, body wraps and more. FACE, SKIN & BODY: Upstairs we offer lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting and waxing; including anti-aging facials, micro-needling, Dermaplane, peels, and more. CANCELLATION POLICY
ONLINE BOOKING: Welcome! Create your client profile & enter a credit card to book! Fill out any required forms so the stylist can purchase stock & be prepared to complete your service. Your info is encrypted in a secure booking system, which offers quick checkout & automated text reminders. NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION FEE: A non-refundable 100% reservation fee is charged to clients that hold a scheduled time slot for any service but do not show up or cancel within 48 hrs. This ensures stylists are paid for arriving to work & prepare work stations to service a client that will not end up being there. RESCHEDULING: Contact your stylist 48 hrs BEFORE YOUR APPT to cancel. If you request a last minute schedule change, your stylist may consider accommodating you, but is not guaranteed (and may still include a reservation fee). Repeat cancellations require a $100% non-refundable deposit in order to book in the future. ON A POSITIVE NOTE: We reserve the right to accommodate client emergency or illness. Our stylists are serious about beauty maintenance & want to pamper you! Showing up for your scheduled appts gives you something to look forward to, as you deserve to take care of yourself & make it a routine priority.
